What counts as an "automatic run"?
An automatic run is triggered whenever an AI teammate completes a live action in your workflow — such as answering an inbound customer message, validating order details in Shopify, drafting an invoice in Zoho Books, or sending a Telegram notification.
What is always free: Reviewing pending approvals, configuring workflows, chatting internally with teammates, modifying system instructions, and viewing analytics do not consume any runs.
What happens if our team uses all our monthly runs?
Workora never cuts off your mission-critical operations with surprise overage penalties. You can purchase Run Packs (1,000 runs for $10) from your billing dashboard. Run packs stay active while your paid coverage is active.
How does the free trial work? Do I need a credit card?
Every new company receives a 14-day free trial with 25 complimentary production runs immediately upon signup. No credit card is required to start. You can connect your real Shopify store, Telegram bots, or Facebook and Instagram channels and verify workflows live.
How does Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) work?
If your organization already has an OpenAI account, you can store your API key securely in Workora's encrypted credential vault. Your agents will execute using your direct model tier while Workora orchestrates the tools, workflows, approval gates, and state synchronization.
How do human-in-the-loop approval gates interact with billing?
When an AI teammate pauses for human approval (e.g. for high-value refunds, custom pricing, or order cancellations), the paused step waits in your approval queue at no charge. The run is only finalized once you approve or reject the action.
Are team member seats really unlimited?
Yes! We believe collaboration should not be punished. You can invite your customer support staff, warehouse operators, managers, and accountants to your Workora workspace with tailored permissions without paying an extra cent per user.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can switch between Monthly and Annual billing or upgrade your plan whenever your volume grows. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Cancellations stop renewal at the end of the current billing cycle with no cancellation fees.
How is our company and customer data protected?
Every tenant has isolated data storage and credentials protected by the platform key ring. We never train foundation AI models on your business or customer conversation data. Connector webhook handlers validate provider-specific requests, and Custom API connections require public HTTPS endpoints.
