1. The service
Workora provides a business operations workspace with AI agents, workflows, customer conversations, connected applications, approvals and related tools. Features may change as the service develops. Workora does not guarantee that every feature or integration will be available at all times.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly notify Workora if you believe an account has been used without permission. If you connect a company, Page, Instagram account, mailbox or other service, you confirm that you have authority to grant Workora the requested access and to direct the actions performed through that connection.
3. Your data and connected services
You retain your rights in the information you submit or connect to Workora. You give Workora the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and display that information to provide the service. Each connected provider has its own terms and policies, and access remains subject to the permissions and limits imposed by that provider.
Workora's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Requests to disconnect or delete data are described on the Data Deletion page.
4. Agents and automated actions
Agents generate suggestions and may perform actions only within the permissions, tools, policies and approvals configured for them. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs, maintaining appropriate human oversight and confirming that an action is suitable for your business and the people affected by it. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Workora to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights or violate a provider's policies;
- send spam, fraud, harassment, malware or misleading automated communications;
- attempt to bypass permissions, approvals, usage limits or security controls;
- upload secrets, credentials or data that you are not authorized to process; or
- interfere with the service or use it to build a competing abuse or surveillance system.
6. Intellectual property
Workora and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, branding and documentation. Subject to these terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Workora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for having the rights needed to provide it.
7. Availability, security and third parties
Workora uses hosting, database, model and integration providers to operate the service. Outages, provider limits, network failures, maintenance and events outside Workora's reasonable control may affect availability. Workora uses reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted operation.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Workora and disconnect integrations at any time. Workora may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse or address a material breach of these terms. When access ends, the data-retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Policy continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Workora is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Workora is not responsible for provider-side decisions, content, outages or policy changes. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
Workora may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the company that provides your access. Questions about these terms should be directed to the organization that provided your Workora access.
Use Workora responsibly
Keep human oversight for consequential decisions, review public communications before they are sent, and disconnect any provider that Workora should no longer access.
